Whether you shop online or in-store, BILERO offers great service and will assist you with all repairs wherever possible. We strongly discourage the addition of plastic insole to BILERO products, as this will alter the shoe's balance and may damage the heels. Repairing the heel damage due to a sole change may cause the shoes to charge.
