BILERO offers a one-year warranty on its products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by color transfer, accidents, improper use, or any alteration or repair performed by third parties, other than BILERO.
Whether you purchased our products online or from our physical store, BILERO offers excellent customer service and will assist with any repairs where possible. Additionally, we strongly discourage the addition of plastic sole protectors to BILERO products, as this can affect the balance of the shoe and may cause damage to the heels. Heel repairs due to sole replacement may incur additional costs.
