Each pair we create is unique, designed exclusively for every client according to her personal preferences and needs. Let’s walk through the step-by-step process of our shoemaking.

1. Design & Material Selection

When a client visits one of our stores, our experienced team guides her in choosing the ideal design, preferred heel height, and materials that suit her style and needs. If the design she dreams of is not in our collection, that’s not a problem—we can design and craft it from scratch.

2. Order Confirmation & Workshop Appointment

Once the client finalizes her order, we schedule a visit to the BILERO workshop. During this visit, we take precise measurements to ensure the perfect fit. We also allow a 24-hour window after placing the order in case any changes are needed.

3. Crafting & Fitting

After 24 hours, the crafting process begins. The shoe is cut according to the exact measurements and moves on to the assembly stage. On the scheduled fitting date, the client visits our workshop, where our expert artisans make any necessary adjustments to achieve a flawless fit.

4. Final Check & Delivery

Once the shoemaking process is complete, we arrange a final appointment for the client to receive her custom pair. At this stage, we conduct a last fit check and add the finishing touch the Memory Gel under the insole to ensure ultimate comfort with every step.

For Clients Who Cannot Visit Us

For those who are unable to visit our stores, we offer an equally personalized remote process. Clients can browse our collection through our e-shop or reach out to us via their preferred communication method {Phone, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, or Email}. A BILERO representative will always be available to assist them.

Once they select the design, material, and heel height whether from our collection or a custom creation we proceed with the order. We then send a specialized measurement form tailored to their chosen design, material, and heel height. With our guidance, clients will take the necessary measurements to ensure a flawless result not only in aesthetics but also in fit.
