BILERO guarantees its products for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage resulting from color transfer, accidents, misuse, or any alteration or repair by anyone other than BILERO.

We strongly discourage the addition of plastic sole protectors to BILERO products, as this may alter the shoe's balance and cause damage to the heels. Repairing heel damage due to sole changes may incur additional charges.
